mark80 Posted April 9, 2014 Posted April 9, 2014 I have put it here as i know some of you are also exams officers as well We potentially will have a student on a managed move in Y10 who is scheduled to sit a Science exam in June 2014 at his current school (we are a subsiduary school at present). As he is sitting the exam in Y10 this will count for his current school in their performance tables. If however if he then moves to our school permenantly do we inherit his grade from that centre and it count in our perfomance tables? If so would it then be removed from the previous school tables to prevent double counting?
DataMan Posted April 22, 2014 Posted April 22, 2014 My understanding would be yes, the result would follow to the new school and would not be counted against the old school if he was no longer on their roll.
ajp233 Posted April 23, 2014 Posted April 23, 2014 Whatever results the pupil achieves are attributed to the school they are recorded as being on roll at in the January Census of the year they finish KS4 - regardless of where such results were obtained.
