Apps deployment issues with SCCM

Hello,

I wanted to ask if anyone else has come across this error yet/before.

We currently use SCCM 2403 with Hotfix Rollup (KB28204160).

It seems more and more of our apps we add to SCCM and push out now show as "Error" in the deployments monitoring.

The detailed information always has Category Success, Status Type Error, Error Code 0x0 (0), Error Description Success.

The same is in the asset details bit too.

The apps install fine and when looking at the AppEnforce.log log file, the process exists with code 0.

 

Has anyone else come across this before and do you perhaps know of a solution please?

Getting the same here on SCCM 2503 - All the MS community articles I find state that these should clear on their own, but are not doing that here.
