I'm trying to setup the ability for staff to send encrypted emails using OWA on Google Chrome.

I'm following the guide here:

https://robert365.com/article/smime-support-for-outlook-on-the-web

Step 1: Install the S/MIME extension

Seems to be successful, verified by checking remote registry for the occurrence of key maafgiompdekodanheihhgilkjchcakm;https://outlook.office.com/owa/SmimeCrxUpdate.ashx

Step 2 does not apply in OWA

Step 3: Download and install the S/MIME control

I've downloaded the MSI : SmimeOutlookWebChrome.msi and pushed it to my test device.

When I test I still get:

mime.JPG

Has anyone had any success with this?
