Simes1982 Posted January 20, 2025 Posted January 20, 2025 Hi. I have been using Biostore ID manager since I started my job 2.5 years ago to upload student biometric finger prints. Now all of a sudden I get the error - 'Insufficient permissions for this operation' whenever I try to delete or scan a new biometric. Has anyone else had this problem? Thank you
