[isams] Login to iSAMS not working today

I know it's the weekend so might not get much information but it's our Admissions testing today and we're suddenly unable to login to iSAMS. Luckily we don't need iSAMS to do the admissions but we would like to check some contact details.

 

Is anyone else able to test their iSAMS login to see if it's working for them? I'm trying to get through to technical support as I suspect it's something their end.

 

We usually login with our Google accounts but the Sign In with Google button has disappeared and the backup local account I have also isn't working.

Thanks for checking. I suspect it's something to do with our iSAMS database as when I try to do an API call I also get an error about logs on our database being full. Still waiting for someone from iSAMS to contact me.

Sign-in-with-Google is working okay for us.

Thanks for checking. It's now resolved for us. It got passed to their devops team to fix.
