Meraki - lock down Safari settings

Is there a way in Meraki to lock down the Safari settings to stop pupils changing the background image please?

Do you have Allow modification of wallpaper turned off in Restrictions?

 

Tbh - doubt it will work but worth a try... I couldn't see a setting for this in Apple's MDM documentation https://developer.apple.com/documentation/devicemanagement
