Hi.

 

What do you guys use for item inventory these days?

 

I need software to inventory components as they come in by bar code scanning. Requirements are:

 

Web based frontend

Postgres/mysql database but also support for lightweight databases such as sqllite

Actively developed open source

support for labeling

customisable fields

It would need to run in containers with high availability, so ideally comes with dockerfiles/helm charts but I can do that myself if not.

 

It seems a very simple thing to knock up which makes me think there's probably loads out there that meets this requirement, so just wondered what you are using?
