Webstore for kids to manage?

As some of your in primary may have come across this I thought I'd ask if anyone can recommend a webstore type app that would be kid friendly for junior age kids.

 

For context I have a very creative daughter who wants to start "selling" her craft designs and she has a few friends who are similarly interested so, as I have a dedicated server and plenty of space I've been voluntold to get a space setup for her/them. Educationally it'd be a good experience for them all to see what's involved in ecommerce without the actual payments side of things so while my experience is in using complex webstore systems I'm aware that there may be something more suited to her age group but with scope to develop further.

 

Ideally I'm looking for something that provides a web backend, is easy to managed so that the kids can upload and edit product listings (possibly with a more complex/advanced section that I can manage) and manage "orders". There's no intention to provide an online payment option but more a case of showcasing the kids work/products and allow friends/family to indicate interest, etc... and pay offline as needed.

 

If anyone has any ideas or is aware of what is out there for this sort of project then please let me know. I'd like to avoid WordPress if I can.

I've used OpenCart in the past and didn't have any issues.

I believe you can set Cash/Bank Transfer as payment methods, so you don't need to use an online processor.
