ExamWritePad Change Printers Issue

Hi All,

 

Just wondering if anybody has seen issue with not being able to actually change the printer when printing from EWP?

 

We set the default printer to Mono to save on printing costs for all users via GPO, but when we try to select / change the printer in EWP via the in-app print options, you click okay and it just closes the entire print window and takes you back to the document. Clicking print and bringing back up the print window shows the printer still set to mono.

 

We need this for our extra time red font printing.

 

I haven't begun to work on a workaround just yet (i.e just set exam users default printer to colour by GPO), but thought I would put it out there to see if anybody has had similar issues.
