Setting up Edulink with Twilio and Guest access

Hi all, we are about to launch Edulink with Parents Evening, its all looking good. However I have been asked to enable "Guest" access for the other parent.

 

I know that you have to pay Twilio for this, I seem to have a trial account and a small balance.

 

Anyone here able to help me understand how to top up this balance? When I try, it was all sorts of photo ID! Can Twilio just raise an invoice to be paid by PO???

I think I paid on my own card and got reimbursed for it. Have never used the original credit up
