WONDE - Change in Business Name/Holdings??

Looks quite worrying that the new "Holding " company has only been trading seven months?

 

We are writing to inform you of an exciting development at Wonde.

 

As part of an internal reorganisation of our group companies, effective from 1st December 2024, we will be changing our company name to Beyond Holdings Limited (company number 08645640). Beyond Holdings Limited will become our ultimate parent company and the Wonde business transferred to a new company within the group, Wonde Limited (company number 14160647) (‘New Wonde’). Therefore as part of the business transfer, from 1st December 2024, we will transfer all our rights, obligations and liabilities under your Licence Terms and Data Processing Agreement to New Wonde.

 

Please rest assured that there will be no changes to our ownership, management, or the quality of service you have come to expect from us. Our commitment to providing you with exceptional service and support remains our top priority.
