Action1 - SSL Connection

Trying here as got no response on Reddit & using the free version so no support

 

Setup Action1, followed Firewall Configuration | Documentation | Action1 , deployed agent to end user devices.

 

Certain endpoints are showing as disconnected & in the log file I see this

 

Use Address to server connection: server.eu.action1.com

TCP Connection Established: 18.195.232.183:22543

TLS Session Established

[sUPPRESSED] SSL Connection Verification Failed: Unable to get local issuer certificate (20)

 

Anyone have any ideas?

 

We're running a Sophos firewall. Have confirmed its something somewhere on our firewall, as the error goes if you connect to another network ( tested with phone hotspot ).

Didn't exclude the required IP's/Domains from TLS/SSL inspection. working perfectly now
