Getting Canva authenticated

Just been through the process of applying for Canva, but the say we aren't eligible because we are a special school.

 

I have gone back to them to query, but have any other special schools had this issue?

Free for all K-12 (american freedom ages!) schools - as long as you meet criteria- which apparently we don't because it says Special School on our D of E page

 

Also its kinda being pushed as the alternative to publisher..

I got a MAT of only Special Schools registered.

LA funded SEN school here - all signed up and working.

We use Canva and Affinity apps, all sign in with MS365 SSO and get all the premium stuff thrown in free as part of their Edu offering.

I have pushed back - is there anything specific i need to say?

 

i have said that we are a Foundation Special school, and all students are in fulltime education.
