WCBS CLOUD FINANCE VS WCBS PASS

I started recently in an independent boarding school.

The finance system is ancient and has been in place since 2004. Its been a couple of weeks and it is a very slow tedious task of putting invoices on onto WCBS PASS.

 

We have an option to add Lightyear as a bolt on to make adding the invoices on quicker. And no more coding of invoices.

I am still not convinced and i know there must be something better. We also have no HR system at all its all manual.

 

I tried to have a look at WCBS Cloud Finance and what is being offered seems much better but I need to request a demo to be able to see its functionality.

 

My superior is interested in making changes and so far it looks like it might be the Lightyear option. We have a demo next week. I personally need someone who used Cloud Finance tell me is it better and if so what is great about it.

We also have to do Payroll manual for some of our shift staff.

Cloud Finance offers all of the above.

 

We are also using ISAMS for the student so can add their finance option but I am hoping if we stick to WCBS they can help with the migration.
