Does anyone have any suggestions or alternatives for RDWeb webclient? Although it works ok for the majority of users its just the uploading/downloading of files which is not efficient.

Looking for any alternative suggestions and rough costs (if involved)

thanks

We use Apache Guacamole (https://guacamole.apache.org/) behind a Cloudflare zero-trust tunnel secured with (2FA-protected) Google logins. I have a Github project with the setup:

The above project isn't quite production-ready, it might need a bit of tweaking to get working for your particular setup.

The software (and my setup) is free. Cloudflare's zero-trust service is free for under 50 users, which works well for us.

I’ve had some luck with Remote Desktop Manager for file transfers; it makes things way smoother than RDWeb. I also tried Parallels Access, which I found really user-friendly, especially for managing files. Both have free trials, so you can see how they fit your needs without committing to anything right away.

Do you have a link to the remote desktop manager product please? Found one website but looks more like a tech's product for rdp management of clients. thanks.
