ESP are delighted to be advertising on behalf of James Allen School (JAGS) in the search for their IT Service Desk Manager.

The postholder will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the service desk, mentoring a team of support technicians, and implementing best practices to optimise service delivery.
