As we all know, the right cloud solutions can make a significant difference in how we manage our resources and engage with students.I am particularly interested in services that can help with:Storage Solutions: We need reliable and secure storage options for student records, educational resources, and administrative documents. What platforms have you found to be user-friendly and secure?Collaboration Tools: With remote learning becoming more prevalent, effective collaboration tools are a must. Are there any cloud-based platforms you recommend for facilitating group projects, communication, and sharing resources among students and teachers?Educational Applications: I’d love to hear about any cloud services that provide specific educational tools—like virtual classrooms, learning management systems, or assessment platforms- that have worked well for you.Data Security and Compliance: Ensuring the privacy and security of our students’ data is a top priority. I'd say look at the various options provided by Google Workspace for Education - see https://edu.google.com/intl/ALL_uk/workspace-for-education/editions/overview/

 

These are UK prices/solutions - not sure if you are US or India from your profile, but you should be able to find local details.

 

I used the Edu product several years ago and it ticked many of the points you raise. It's got an active community and continues to evolve.

 

Others heat can probably say more about MS products, and a small number have experience of both.

I don't see why Office 365 or Google edu wouldn't do what you want. Especially for student facing resources.
