3CX - phone book on Fanvil x3s not updating

We have a couple x7 and rest are x3s and we are finding when we update a phone extension name it doesnt not reflect the change on the x3s phones. I have tried reprovisioning the phone and confirmed the xml from the provisioning server is correct. the x7 seems to have updated.

 

if i log on the phone web interface i can see its address book is out of date

 

the only way i found to updating the address book is by factory reseting the phone but this method is not viable with 100 odd phones

 

Anyone got any ideas
