[sims] Bulk Change Aspects to read only?

Hello All,

 

We've recently decided to change how the teachers record info for the students reports and this has resulted in the need to change 2 aspects on every marksheet to read only.

 

Does anyone know of a way to bulk change aspects to read only?

 

They are used to writing in these columns so we can't leave them, other wise it will all go wrong...

if it's a grade aspect, and this works for you, knobble the grade set with a new version with one grade - 'not to be used'

Thanks for the idea, but I don't think that would stop them!

Unfortunately I can't think of a way to do it by bulk - you would need to go into each one and make them read-only on every marksheet.
