How do you manage docks and laptops

Does anyone know of a more efficient way to manage dell dock firmware.

 

It’s an absolute nightmare doing in one at a time and stupid things every 1 in 5 dock is failing the firmware update

 

We updating firmware from d038 to d039

 

we are suffering a number of issues with connectivity with various aging projectors/tv attached and sound issues
