[sims] "The type initializer threw an exception"...

I hate problems like this.

However, the problem does not occur for them, using their own account, on any other machine. Nor does the problem occur for any other user of that same machine, even if logged onto the same windows account.

 

So, "windowsuser1" logs onto PC, logs onto SIMS as "simsuser1" and they get the error.

If the same user is logged on but "simsuser2" logs on to SIMS, it works fine.

"simsuser1" logs onto SIMS onto a different PC, either as "windowsuser1" or any other windows users, it works fine.

 

Clearly that can't be permissions? I'm stuck
