White screen / Explorer Windows

Hi,

 

Has anyone else had problems where when you open an Explorer Window or just randomly, half your screen goes White. This seems to be happening is Windows 10.

I've tried graphics drivers but that hasnt solved it.

User is using two monitors and all looks ok there.

Only a reboot sorts it out.

 

An example could be being in Google Chrome and you go to attach a file to an email and the file browse box just becomes white and cuts everything off. you cant see anything. Screen is half white.

 

Anyone had this or know a fix?

Quick fix is to go Full Screen F11 and then F11 back to normal screen

Other research has suggested to change the scale if you have Intel Graphics driver software

I've upgraded the machine to Win11 so will see if that sorts it.
