[sims] Y12 and Y13 classes not appearing in My Timeline

Hi, really hoping someone can help!

 

Using Edval as TT software and have synced and applied timetable.

 

Y7 to 11 are all showing on the 'My Timeline' home page area view for teachers, but Y12 and Y13 classes not showing

 

When I click into 'My Groups', you can see the teacher is a 'class teacher' for the Y12 and Y13 classes so they are in SIMs and also on the Staff timetable but not on the 'My Timeline' on the home page so it's trickier for teachers to easily do registers and see their week overview. They are showing everywhere else (curriculum assignment, timetables etc).

 

Anyone know why this would be? How can I get the Y12 and Y13 classes to show on My Timeline?

Not sure if this is the same problem, but we typically will have the later year group students timetables missing - this is due to the 10/11's and 12/13's being assigned to a course and that course has expired or not been promoted to the new academic year. Our data manager normally resolves so cant help with details - sorry
