[bromcom] How to identify new starters still requiring CTF import?

Good morning

Following the departure of a colleague at the end of the last AY, I have inherited elements of her role, including importing CTFs for new students. However, it's not clear to me which students already have CTFs imported, and which are still awaiting import. Is there an easy means of identifying those students for whom CTFs are still required?
