Hi all!

I know for a fact that the student has fiddled with some settings on one of the computers and now wherever they log in, explorer.exe isn't loading!

Annoyingly, we have shortcuts disabled for students, so I can't even win+r and run CMD to start it again.

Is there a way to remove whatever they've done so they can use the computers again?

Thanks!

EDIT:

Found out that they had saved files that went over the character limit for Microsoft and so Explorer couldn't load it, after painstakingly changing the name of every folder that they had set up to just the number '1' I managed to delete the files and got it working again.
