Michael Posted July 9, 2024 Posted July 9, 2024 Evening all, I'm not sure what's happening with Apple, but when I navigate to: https://identity.apple.com/pushcert/ for multiple schools, there's no existing certificate, despite the fact in Mosyle the certificate's valid until Q4 2024. Any ideas as to why this would be? Creating a new certificate it's valid for 12 months, so at least the policy is still 12 months as before. Second observation, the enrollment URL in Mosyle MDM now all start: https://enroll.school.mosyle.io when previously they all started https://enroll.school.mosyle.com in Apple Configurator 2 which I've used many, many times to enroll iPads at schools. Has anyone else experienced this? TIA.
bknaggs Posted July 10, 2024 Posted July 10, 2024 Are you logged in with the correct Apple ID? That feels like the only thing that would return no existing certificates. 1
HereIGoAgain2601 Posted July 10, 2024 Posted July 10, 2024 I couldn’t get any new devices to enrol via DEP last week, complained about certificate problems. Will check this out and see if ours is the same.
Michael Posted July 10, 2024 Author Posted July 10, 2024 @bknaggs - you're right, this makes sense as I was rushing yesterday! What still doesn't make sense is why the certificates, including csr, pem, p7m and vpptoken are all renewed at the same time when they expired Q4 2024. Not sure why Apple was flagging these?
