Error message when transferring curriculum and timetable to SQL

Hi

 

I am ready to transfer the new timetable from NOVA T6 but when I start transferring I get the following error message:

 

One or more critical errors have been detected!

The submission cannot continue.

Click Help for information on how to resolve these problem

 

Error: Lessons scheduled at non-teaching periods:

ATue:Reg (8)

AWed:Reg (15)

AThu:Reg (22)

AFri:Reg (29)

BMon:Reg (36)

BWed:Reg (50)

BThu:Reg(57)

 

I have never had this message appear before but it's my first year timetabling in a new shool where the cycle and model is the same as previous years. I can't find any differnces between the days not listed (eg AMon or BTue) and the ones listed above.

 

I have checked NCCs etc but I cannot see anything unusual.

 

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

It's been a fair few years since I've touched NT6, but is it saying that you've used lessons registered against sessions that are marked down as registration sessions? If I remember it's on the cycle screen where you right click and set the type? It's been around 8 years since I last touched it so I could be completely wrong here.

If you right click on the reg period in the cycle screen I think you'll see it's designated a non teaching period - in order to have classes there you need to turn that designation off.

 

After you've done that you'll have to reexport the cycle to SIMS and after that the TT should go through.

I did check all of that yesterday and there was no difference between the dates with errors and the dates without.

 

However, I was working remotely from home yesterday when I tried to export the timetable. I tried at work this morning and it transferred in 43 seconds. I can't understand why those errors appeared at home but did not appear in school.
