Not sure if this is the right place to raise an Outlook query? Please let me know if I should post this elsewhere.

We have created a userid called Calendar and we use to store all organisation wide calendar information. The calendar for this user is shared and all staff can view the calendar to see what is going on on any given day. I have set one user up as an Owner. She is then able to go and create / amend / delete all entries. However, I want to allow several other staff to have this privelige too - I tried setting them up first as a "Publishing Author" then a "Publishing Editor" and then as an Owner but they got a message as follows:

"Cannot Open this item. Cannot open the free/busy information. You do not have sufficient permission to perform this operation on this object. See the folder contact or your system administrator"

I have tried running outlook /cleanfreebusy but this doesn't make any difference. Can anyone help?

Thanks,
