Hi,

i've created a power automate that is supposed to work as follows:

User Fills in Form

Form populates Sharepoint list

Approval is generated for simple yes or no answer.

It works a dream if the approval email is sent to my account BUT if i send it to another account I get the following error/message - 'Failed to validate the signature of the actionable message card'

Adding it does populate the sharepoint list.

I've made sure the other account is a admin of the sharepoint site where the list is stored but this has made no difference.

Google doesn't seem to address my particular problem that I understand. Anyone created a Power Automate with approval for multiple emails and got it working, I may have missed something out.

OK think I may have cracked it?

If I send the approval to [email protected] it works. If I send it to [email protected] I get the error. Send to [email protected] it works.

Seems that because [email protected] is accessed by [email protected] it doesn't like it because it thinks that they are one and the same if you get my meaning. It seems that opening the approval email in the context of the other account is not acceptable.

Further testing needed.
