Situation :

User A is currently temporarily suspended. User A has a Microsoft form setup which was sent out to parents, gathering data regarding to new Y7's. We now need to see the responses to this form.

User B needs to access this form, however the form was not shared with anyone/stored in a group, and resides solely on User A's SharePoint/OneDrive (wherever forms are stored..)

How can I delegate access to User B to view responses to this form? I know I can reset the password to the user account & delegate access this way, however I don't want to do this unless its a last resort.

Also too late for this time, but something we continually push:

Almost nothing should be in users' OneDrives. Anything that anyone other than the creator might need should be in SharePoint (or Teams if that's your bag). I'm this case: how often do people create Forms where the only person interested in the responses is the form creator?
