Having a nightmare with trying to get a SIMS report to pull the exact data we are looking for! We want a report that can collate students total behaviour points for the term, and for us to run it each week to see the difference and log on our own spreadsheet which is set up with conditional formatting and etc. The issue is that SIMS will not register behaviour points separate from behaviour incidents. We log detentions on SIMS to make the registers red, and have assigned reasons for detention which hold no point value. However, every report I’ve tried creating, importing or running will see these behaviour incidents and log them as a negative point against the student. For example, a student with no behaviour points but 8 detentions for the term will come up on the report as having 8 behaviour points.

Is there any way I can prevent this from happening? We assigned 0 point value detention reasons to stop this thing from happening, but I can’t figure a way around it!!!

This is a screenshot of an old report of mine that might point you in the right direction:

The points themselves are stored in "additional behaviour types" - afaik.

Subreport on that and filter out those with points = 0 as @David44 suggested above.
