I have all the classic games on my Arcade machine in the garage. I dont play on it for ages then will play it for hours on end.

I hear ya. Got this game and it is excellent. I love the online gameplay as well. Such a great little remake of an old classic. Though at first I thought the powerups were things to be avoided so it took a little longer to get past the first stage.

 

Another old classic that I have recently been addicted to was Civilizations: Revololution. Hours of fun.

I have plans on building one myself at some point - Retro Gamer Magazine did a 'how to' over a few months a few years back on it....

I built my own. Its fully functional just not cosmetically finished.

There isn't Mame on the Ds as far as I know (mainly because it would be huge). But you could always just buy yourself an R4 card and load all the old games onto one memory stick.

I've got an addiction - GTA IV on the XBox. Haven't stopped playing Free Mode since I got it and regularly stay up to 2am kicking the stuffing out of other people (usually Americans who say "Oh gee" a lot).

 

My wife hates computer games now ;-)
