Morning all,

My boss has asked me to look into the idea of having one centralised space where users can view availability of all of our meeting rooms that are on O365 without having to do anything. At the moment if someone wants to look at multiple rooms for availability, they've having to go to the Rooms section of their full Outlook client and add each room they're interested in, or add them to their Calendar Group for Rooms on O365.

Is there any particularly easy way of doing this without using third party tools/a cost? I would assume that something could be done with Graph API but that isn't really my area of expertise

Not sure if this would work for you as it depends on how you're booking them, but if you do a "New Meeting" in Outlook then click locations it should show all available rooms for that timeslot without opening any calendars manually

Or do you mean just a full overview of who's using it etc, like a room booking system, but using the 365 rooms?
