Lightspeed Monitoring Software and RM

Hi Guys

 

One of our schools recently purchased Lightspeed Monitoring Software for alerts,

they are also subscribed to RM Safetynet which does a similar thing, they also have various proxy setup using RM proxy i.e. proxy.swgfl.org.uk proxy1 etc etc with different filtering levels so if anyone accesses blocked site the RM Blocke Spalash page shows up on the browser

 

does anyone know if Lightspeed Monitoring and RM proxy work side by side? i.e. can use RM proxy for filtering but lightspeed still sends out the alerts

 

They have just purchased the monitoring tool from Lightspeed and with RM they have safetynet

 

havent managed to get it working fully yet the lightspeed speaking to support about this...but i would hve thought that if RM are doing the filtering and blocking access it would interfere with Lightspeed alert

 

 

Anyone has a similar setup?
