New Teams Classroom - 401 Unauthorized HomePage

I am about to setup New Teams for the whole school but seem to have an issue on our domain joined pcs.

 

Any team/classroom i setup seems to experience the same issue :

 

If you click "Home Page" , it works and the homepage loads correctly .

 

If you then go back to the "Home Page" a few mins later , it displays a blank page with "401 Unauthorized"

 

These are domain joined pc's with a proxy enabled ( Hybrid ).

 

If i clear the New Teams cache, it then loads the homepage but then experiences the same error after a few minutes.

 

This displays the errors on all accounts , even the 365 admin account. So i dont think its a 365 permission error.

 

 

 

 

I have tested this on our intune laptops ( no proxy ) and the HomePage loads fine , these are also joined to azure.

 

Anyone else experiencing the same issue on domain joined machines ?

Seems quite a few people from April posting on google with this issue , But with no resolution.

Not to worry , a little elbow Grease and wiping and turns out it was

 

Microsoft Edge - Webview2 needed updating.

 

All working good now

 

Just a update for googlers looking for that error code and cant work it out
