Converting School from Windows to Chrome

Is it just the chromeflex machines? Have they updated to the latest version of Chrome?  If they have can you try pushing a couple back to a previous version in the admin panel? See if that makes a difference. 

Another thing to try is to manually put them on the Google DNS servers rather than your internal ones.

Does anyone know how I can set up shortcuts for all users?

 

We're using Chrome Flex with management licenses.

 

I want to set WinKey + P for changing the duplicate and extended.

I can do this manually, but it has to be done per user.

 

Can I not just set this so it's done for everyone?

Shortcuts as in on the browser bookmark bar? That's Managed Bookmarks
Web Apps and PWAs are very similar to how you'd push an extension

Customising keyboard shortcuts? No. That's not possible afaik. 
The Win+P equivalent is Ctrl+F4 / Full Screen Key (which on a Chrome keyboard is the square with just the corners, to the right of refresh)

Also to help staff with the different keyboard shortcuts there's the Key Shortcuts app on ChromeOS - it automatically adapts so if you have a Chromebook it'll show you using the keys a Chromebook has but if you plug in a Windows keyboard it'll show them as well. On Flex it shows based on the keyboard it detects so it's really pretty useful.
