Microsoft Licensing, what to replace the Office 365 A1 plus for faculty license with?

Hi,

My primary school is currently using the free office 365 A1 for faculty license's and office 365 A1 plus for staff to use the office desktop apps. To prepare for August 1st when the A1 plus license disappears I have been looking for the cheapest option to allow staff to still use the desktop apps. I think my choices are either office 365 A3 for faculty or Microsoft Apps for faculty, does anyone know what the differences between these two license's are?

 

Any guidance will be much appreciated.

Do you have an OVS or EES agreement with Microsoft for onsite Windows and Office licenses? If so you should be able to get Office 365 apps added via that for free.
