Meraki retired legacy

Hi all,

 

Have a school who are still on the systems manager legacy & free 100 license, which retired on 2nd Feb this year. Their license is coming up for renewal for the MR Enterprise wireless access points they currently have.

 

The supplier has offered them a good price for a 10 year license. However, i'm a bit puzzled how this licensing works if the school upgrade their wireless points.

 

1) If they take out the 10 year license and they decide before the 10 year period is up, that they wish to replace the access points with another model, does this 10 year license still work or do they need another license ?

 

2) If they take out the 10 year license, they then need to stay with the current access points they have for 10 years ?
