stevenramsden Posted March 6, 2024 Posted March 6, 2024 Any one using Schoolsbroadband's Incident Management Platform. Place an order a month ago, was asked for end user details/email and then heard nothing more. After chasing multiple times I am being told it is setup, but end user has no communications and they have no idea how to even access it. From what I can piece together the end user is to access this via talk-straight hub, but they don't appear to have an account. I was expecting some sort of welcome email when their account was created and maybe some instructions on how to access and use the platform.. but nothing Anyone using this platform, can give me a brief idea of what the end user is expecting to get when setup? How is the solution? I am hoping it is worth wait. Thank you
SchoolsBroadband Posted March 6, 2024 Posted March 6, 2024 PM'd. Sorry its not been up and running for you yet. Sounds like a communication issue on our part. We have been activating hundreds of schools on this our new product so I know the teams have been busy but still it sounds like something has gone wrong. If you can answer your PM please then we'll get this sorted for you asap. Thanks Dave
stevenramsden Posted March 6, 2024 Author Posted March 6, 2024 Thanks Dave, Do you have any user guide docs I can pass on to the end user on how to use the platform? I've seen the sales brochure PDF describing the key features and benefits, but can't find any user guide to help the school get the best out of this.. once they have access.
SchoolsBroadband Posted March 6, 2024 Posted March 6, 2024 yes we've training videos etc I believe. You should be sent the links or they're available via the portal once you have access. Dave
SchoolsBroadband Posted March 6, 2024 Posted March 6, 2024 All fixed. I'll let others answer your question on what they think about the Incident Management Platform. Dave
