pin number printing - enable this just for selected users or does it have to be all?

We are looking into setting up pin number printing at a very small primary school.

 

Generally, is it possible to enable this just for selected users or does it have to be all?

Assuming a few things and your MFD supports it then create a cloned printer called Secure-Printer on your print server and enforce the PIN requirement in the driver settings then they can choose PIN or not

Unless you want to go to Papercut or something

Thanks. I am going to contact the printer company, as it looks like I have to set this up on the device itself, which then means anyone printing to the device will need a pin.
