Paxton - where are PINs set/unset?

I'm by no means expert, and I've only just started poking Paxton at all.

 

When being trained, I spotted that our security types had programmed "vxyz" as both a PIN and a code. Thus when they turned "codes" off for the hols, the doors were still openable. We now can't see the page for programming PINs at all..

 

VXYZ is now just a PIN, not a code, and it still opens doors as expected with "Reader operating mode" set to Token, PIN or code.

There are codes that can be entered on the door page if code is enabled (code tab), and pins can be entered on the user page under to token tab, not sure if this is what you mean?

 

Maybe look in the events for the door just after it is opened with the PIN.
