You can access the beta here - https://www.nvidia.com/en-gb/geforce/geforce-experience/beta/ Just make sure you update your drivers to the latest version fist (as recommended in the video).

Am I misunderstanding as there is no new control panel its the same as always. The change is the GeForce Experience App is being rebranded into the NVidia App. But you still have and use the original ancient Nvidia control panel which is part of the drivers. It sounds like they are expanding the Experience Nvidia extra app rather then doing anything with the control panel. Personally I don't want all the bloat and features of GeForce Experience/Nvidia App running in the background. I just want a streamlined control panel.

The new Nvidia app will replace both GeForce Experience and the Nvidia Control Panel, combining everything into one modern app (that doesn't require you to log in to get automated driver updates and game preferences, wahoo!). It looks like it will also incorporate things like Nvidia Broadcast, so that won't also need a separate app.

Oh wait, it was made for windows 3.1!!! Still - they've saved on those software development costs for the last 10 years so that's some extra profit in the bank for those shareholders.
