365 MFA - Add SMS as secondary authentication option

I want to add SMS as the second option (behind MS authenticator App) for 365 MFA - Where do I check that this is enabled?

Im not sure.

 

Whats everyone doing for their secondary authentication? Or is everyone just using one form of Authentication?

We're only using the one form of MFA, specifically the Microsoft Authenticator app.

In the Grant Access part of your Conditional Policy if you have Require Multifactor Authentication ticked then it should allow whatever is in your flow on this page

You have to click on Multifactor authentication and it will show the flows available
