Clevertouch MDM - 'Remote' function; Not showing HDMI Input

Hello!

 

We're experiencing an odd issue with our Clevertouch M Series boards; and I pondered if anyone else is experiencing similar?

When we use the Clevertouch MDM and use the 'Remote' tool (to access the boards from our devices) we can see the android UI (and the small menu that is an overlay on the HDMI input) but not the content from the HDMI (i.e. duplicated screen from our PCs)

 

We've tried firmware updates, MDM updates (all provided by Clevertouch) but no dice; if anyones experience/resolved similar, please let me know!
