PowerAutomate - alert if email not received

I'm new with Power Automate (must be the day for it) , and have the following scenario...

 

An email gets automatically generated when a door is accessed (using Paxton) - and i've got PA working so that it reacts to that email, puts a line in a spreadsheet, etc.

 

When that door is re-opened (using different reader) a second email is sent (with a slightly different subject). I've got PA with 2

 

I need to know if it's possible to send an email alert to a group of people if email 2 doesn't arrive within 2 minutes of email 1 being received and if so how?

 

Anybody any ideas?

I'm not an expert on it but just thinking it through I would say you need to keep the previous task open, a pause or something for 2 minutes and check mailbox again. That way the first and second email are linked.

Dirty way to do it though, especially if you have a lot of door openings.

 

Can you describe what you are ultimately trying to achieve as there may be a better way to go about it?

What we're trying to achieve - access to a secure room is managed via a Paxton/Net2 reader on the outside and a push button on the inside to exit. People going in should only be in for 2 minutes max, to put confidential files into a location and then leave - but proximity of cabinet to door means the door will have to shut (which is good)... But they shouldn't be in there too long, so I've been asked that if they are in there for more than 2 minutes, it alerts the site manager to have a conversation as to what occurred.

 

Paxton sends emails when the door is opened using either the reader or the push button. Any assistance is appreciated.

I've only dabbled in Power automate but would it be possible/better to have the spreadsheet calculate the time difference and format a cell that power automate can check on and then send its email?
