Smoothwall kind of broken

Either getting blank pages or pages where it only loads half a page. Noticed it first on reports which I had used the previous week. Can't add any exclusions because the add field is not there.

 

This mysteriously started happening after the weekend a couple of weeks ago. Have it registered with smoothwall support, 1st line took 9 days to decide they didn't know what to do and have passed it up.

 

Just wondering if this happened to anyone else.

I’m having problems running Smoothwall reports via a Portal on an LEA multi-tennant device, but I had kind of assumed it was the LEA that had caused a problem since they:

 

Responded to somebody else on MY support ticket without cc’ing me.

Reset the password without telling me. (Compete security fail as they only issue one account per school).

Send out “safeguarding alerts” with no details whatsoever because you are supposed go to the Portal to run reports that in our case don’t work and never return anything.
