How to safely remove old checkpoint on Hyper-V WIN2019 STD

It can't be removed on Hyper-V gui.

It might be difficult as the longer you leave a snapshot, live, the harder and longer it takes to remove - looks like yours has been there a very long time now it's almost permanent.

If you google .avhdx you'll get loads of pages on this issue.
