We are struggling to get them to talk to the platform - even with EVERYTHING open both going out and coming in, it will not connect to their portal. Initial setup of the units has to involve a bluetooth phone (which works a bit like the Ring doorbells). I tell you, they are horrible bits of kit to try and get working. 1
