Hi All,

 

I've got a HP PageWide Color MFP E58650 at site which has job handling enabled for domain logins.

 

Once a user prints on there PC it stores the job under there domain login.

 

What I find stupid is that once they sign into the HP printer with there domain login all accounts are listed so everyone can access each others jobs...

 

Any ideas how to prevent that?

Hi Jay,

 

If it's privacy you're looking for, would it not be best to setup print codes for users and the driver present a pop up box asking for code when printing? If the driver doesn't support or that's not suitable for the site you might be better looking at PaperCut.
