Exams Organiser showing some candidates multiple times

Anyone seen this in Exam Organiser before?

 

When looking at the 'Internal Candidate Browse' window in SIMS Exam Organiser, some candidates appear multiple times. This issue is also apparent in the 'Allocate UCI and Exam Numbers' window. We currently have one candidate who appears 4 times and one who appears twice.

 

It is possible to delete the candidate from the 'Internal Candidate Browse' window but this seems to delete all records for that candidate, not just one.

 

It is also possible to allocate a UCI and Exam Number using the 'Allocate UCI and Exam Numbers' window but this only allocates the UCI and Exam Number to one of the records and the UCI and Exam numbers do not go on to appear on the student record in SIMS as we would expect.

The candidates in question do not have multiple SIMS student records.

I’ve had this before. There is a patch you can request from your SIMS support to resolve the issue.
